We had a great time at our Chicago baby shower, June 12, 2010. Thanks to Paul and Melissa, we had lots of laughs!!

Here are a few pics from my California baby shower, May 15, 2010. The pics are coming out really small. Sorry, had a wonderful time and it was so great to see everyone! I miss California! I hope one day that Ryan sees the light and lets us move west!!
It's a great day for a BBQ. We are 35wks along, and things are going great. Lily is 5lbs 13oz. I lost a pound this week, 16lbs total so far. Still feeling great. Starting to get more tired, and my feet hurt.... really nothing to complain about. I have had a very easy pregnancy. I am very lucky. Still working on getting the nursery ready. I think that we have everything we need, just not in any order yet ;)

34wks, Lily is 5lbs 7oz. I have gained 17lbs. Starting to really heat up here in Chicago, my hands are starting to swell!!

Ryan put the stroller together this past weekend. It looks like it is going to be just perfect! It is called the Baby Jogger, not that I jog, but it is supposed to be great for jogging/walking, especially over uneven surfaces. And the best thing is that it folds easily in half, with one hand. And it is very light. It comes highly recommended! It should last us for years to come! Thanks Carla for the stroller!! And we also made sure the car seat would fit in our cars. We had originally bought a bigger one, but it didn't fit. So we downsized, and it barely fits! It makes since that when people have kids, they get SUV's or vans. Hopefully we will be able to get a bigger car in the near future. Thanks to Rick and Karen for the car seat! This picture shows how the car seat will fit onto the stroller. It just snaps right on, just like in the car. Oh, and while reading the car seat manual, did you know that you are never suppose to put a car seat on top of the shopping car?? How many times do you see that at the market. Guess people don't read the manual. But a bigger question is how are you suppose to buy many groceries when the cart is full of the baby/car seat?

33wks down, and 16pounds up, time is flying. Starting to feel more uncomfortable, especially when we have a really humid day. I guess I should count my blessings, I have had a really easy pregnancy so far.. I just hope the next 6wks goes as well. At my appointment today, I learned that I will not go past 39wks, and maybe only to 37wks. It is great having health issues. But full term is 37wks, and it is only going to get hotter, so bring on the inducement! (think i just made up a word)
Here we are at 32wks. Lily is 4lbs 4oz and is doing great. Starting doing my non-stress tests and my weekly doctors appointments. They are checking the fluid with an ultrasound every week, so it is fun to see her on the screen.
